Brand, content, paid growth and website for Noosa Watersports

Findings

What we found

Checked live on your site on 26 August, and yours to keep whatever you decide.

  • Your Meta pixel is installed and sends nothing
It loads on every page and is configured against your pixel ID, but across a full homepage load, a product page load and an event we triggered by hand, not one signal reached Meta. Google Analytics fired normally on the same loads, so this is not something at our end.
  • Google Analytics counts every page twice
Two tags load the same property, one through your WordPress analytics plugin and one through Tag Manager, and both send a page view. Every traffic figure and every conversion rate read off that property is out by roughly half.
  • Your own typeface is blocked from loading
Work Sans is served over an insecure address on a secure site, so browsers refuse it. Fifty four font requests were blocked on your contact page alone. Visitors are reading a fallback, not your brand.
  • There is nowhere on the site to join your mailing list
You send an EDM every two months and the site has no capture point for it, so that list can only grow from people who have already booked and paid.
Worth noting

You told Sav that Google returns between sixteen and twenty six times your spend in peak season, and Meta returns around two. Your booking platform passes purchases back to Google, which is why Google can find more of them. Meta is currently buying without ever being told what worked.

Investment

Brand and print

  • Brand identity creation · $2,800
Word mark, logo mark, typography, palette and the applications you use most. Built to hold the adrenaline of the jet ski run and the calm of the pontoon in one system.
  • Brochure, up to 12 pages · $2,400
Written, designed and art directed, with the digital edition. Printing quoted at cost when you are ready to produce.
  • Brochure, up to 24 pages · $3,600
The same again at the larger format, for the full offering across jet ski, boat, charter, kayak and sailing. Choose one of these two, not both.
Investment

Content creation

Each shoot is three separate pieces: the direction that decides what we are making, the day itself, and what you receive afterwards.

  • Photography, shoot direction · $600
Art direction, mood board, colour treatment, wardrobe and talent requirements, shot list and the running order for the day.
  • Photography, shoot day · $2,000 full day, $1,400 half day
A full day on location with our creative director and photographer, multiple locations included. On water, in the national park and at the jetty.
  • Photography, deliverables · $2,000 full day, $1,400 half day
Eighty to one hundred edited stills on a full day, forty to fifty on a half day, colour graded to one direction, cut for web, print and paid placements.
  • Film, shoot direction · $600
Story board, film treatment, scripting, wardrobe and talent requirements, built before anything is filmed.
  • Cinematography, shoot day · $3,000 full day, $2,100 half day
A full day with our creative director and cinematographer, run alongside the photography day where the schedule allows, so one day of your operation covers both.
  • Film, deliverables · $3,000 full day, $2,100 half day
One hero brand film plus ten cinematic clips, edited, graded and sound treated, with vertical cutdowns for social and paid.

Social and paid

Social and paid is a monthly service, not a one off. The creative and the activation both run month to month and are priced on the monthly page, monthly ad creative at $1,200 and campaign management at $1,200 per channel. The one piece built once is below.

  • Social templates · $1,200
Six branded templates plus the seasonal, promotion and last minute availability set, so your own team can post between our rounds.
The Sphere

Everything lands in one place

Right now your bookings sit in your booking platform, your enquiries sit in an inbox, your messages sit in Instagram and your mailing list sits somewhere else again, and none of them know about each other. The Sphere is the one place they all report to.

What flows in · seven capture points
  • 01Bookings through your booking platform
  • 02Website enquiries and the contact form
  • 03Instagram and Facebook messages
  • 04Gift card and voucher buyers
  • 05Group and charter enquiries
  • 06Kiosk and walk ups
  • 07Paid traffic that looks and does not book
One record per guest
The Sphere

Every booking, message and enquiry written to the same person. Who they are, where they came from, what they have already done with you, and which season they came in.

What flows out
  • Booking follow up and review requests
  • Last minute availability sends
  • Seasonal and school holiday campaigns
  • Group and charter follow up
  • Retargeting audiences, kept current
  • A mailing list you can actually send to
  • One reporting dashboard
How it ties together

The loop matters more than any single piece. Someone books a jet ski in January, that puts them in the audience your ads follow. They open the school holiday email in September, that moves them up. They never book again, and the win back finds them instead of you remembering to. Every part feeds the next, and the database it builds is yours whether you stay with us or not.

The Sphere

The sequences we would build

Each one is a set of emails and texts with rules underneath it. A guest moves between them on what they actually do, not on whether someone remembers to follow up.

  1. 01Booked, before they arriveWhat to bring, where to park, what the weather is doing. Fewer no shows and fewer phone calls to your kiosk.
  2. 02Just been out with youFires the same day. Thanks them, asks for the review while it is still fresh, and points them at what else you run.
  3. 03Seasonal and school holidaysBuilt once for each run, then sent to the people whose last booking says they are due.
  4. 04Last minute availabilityA boat or a slot goes unsold tomorrow. This is the send that fills it, to locals first.
  5. 05Group and charter enquiryThe bigger bookings that need a conversation. Keeps them warm and reminds you before they go cold.
  6. 06Gift cards, bought and unredeemedThanks the buyer, then nudges the recipient. An unredeemed voucher is a guest who has not arrived yet.
  7. 07Came once, never came backThe win back. Usually the largest group on any list, and the one nobody ever gets to.

Monthly

Each of these stands alone and each is rolling with no fixed term.

  • Monthly social strategy · $1,400
Eight to ten curated posts a month across carousels, graphic posts and reels. Written, designed, then scheduled and posted by us.
  • EDM design and implementation · $600
One designed EDM each month, written, built and sent by us. Separate to the automated Sphere sequences, which are triggered by what a guest does rather than sent on a schedule.
  • Monthly ad creative · $1,200
New creative every month. Hook variants, format variants and audience specific cuts, built from the shoot footage and sized correctly for every placement.
  • Campaign management, per channel · $1,200
Set up, optimised and reported on each month. Google and Meta are one channel each. Ad spend is paid direct by you and never through us.
  • Search, SEO and AI visibility · $1,200
Ongoing optimisation for search and for the AI answers people now ask before they book, with a monthly report.
  • Sphere platform · $500
The software your hub runs on, your email and text sending, and the whole thing maintained and working. This is not a management fee. It is what keeps the system live, and it is the only monthly line the Sphere cannot go without.
  • Sphere operation · $2,400
Us running it rather than you. Sequences kept live and rewritten each season, the database kept clean and segmented, your audiences rebuilt out of it into both ad channels every month, and the reporting dashboard maintained and read back to you. Optional. You can run the day to day yourself on the platform line alone.
